２枚目なんか「日本？」って思ってしまいそうだし、停まってる車も高級車っぽいし。

ようやく半年ですね。４分の１。

そうなんです、コロンビアは日本では考えられない位、貧富の差が激しく、それが住む環境に大きく影響しています。
上の写真よりひどい地域もたくさんあります。（そういったところは治安が良くないので写真を撮れる機会が少ないのですが）

協力隊活動が少しでも格差削減につなげられたら良いな、と思います。

今年、退職をした６０歳のおじいさんです。自分では、３０歳ぐらいだと思っていますが、はははは。。。。。
最近、子供も独立しまして、一人身の男性として、シニアボランテイアに興味を引かれ、南米の人たちが書かれているブログを読んでいたところ、貴女のブログに行き着きました。
コロンビアは、大変な国だと
聞き及んでいますが、この写真は、富と貧のＧＡＰがよくわかりますね。当然、日本でも、いや、世界中どこでも、このような、差があるのは、わかりますが、貴女の書かれている、麻薬、殺人、
泥棒、誘拐等が、毎日のＮＥＷＳにでて、自分の生活に身近にいつも感じる所に住んでがんばって折られるのですね。私たち戦後生まれの
日本人が、いかに平和な国に住んでいるかが、よくわかります。
感謝、感激、自民党に敬礼をって
感じですかね。でも、その平和が今の若者たち(すべてとは言いませんが）が、忍耐心、向上心、他人に対しての思いやり等が　考えなくても生きていける状況を作っているのでは、と考えているおじさんです。チョット若い貴女達に、
イヤミを言ってると思われると、つらいので、ここらで。。
マニサレスは、コロンビアでは、
まだ、ましというか、比較的安全地帯のようですが、学生さんが多いということは、反対に言えば、
もし、改革が世論として湧き出してくれば、一番、振動地になることもありますので、くれぐれも
気をつけてくださいね。
私は、特にコロンビアの状況には、興味があります。南米諸国の中でも経済成長率は、さほど
悪くもないのに、危険な国のＴＯＰにあげられるのでしょうか。
正直言って、貧困は、犯罪をおこします。人間は、生きるためには
もし、今日の糧がない場合は、目の前の益を最優先してしまうでしょう。子供たちがかわいそうですね。生まれたときは、誰も悪いことしようと思って、生まれてきたんではないでしょう。なぜ、コロンビアだけ、世界でも珍しい麻薬の栽培を許可しているのでしょうかね。もっと、政府が強い政策を(たとえば、ペルーのフジモリ元大統領のような、徹底的にゲリラを潰す施策をとれないのでしょう）コロンビアの人々は、心優しいプロテスタントの人が多いと聞きましたが、そのようなことが影響しているのでしょうかね。それとも、他に理由が。。。。
先日、ベネズエラのＣｈａｖｅｚ大統領が　ＵＲＩＢＥ大統領とＦＡＲＣの仲介をしたとのこと。
ちょっと、一国の大統領としては、どこかのオボッチャン首相と同じではと思います。

ちょっと横道にそれましたが、かおるさんが　この国から、日本を見ると今まで住んでいた日本を
冷静な目で見れるようになったのではないでしょうか。
さて、質問ですが、この国を
変えていくのには、何が必要ですかね。。。。
私は、教育だと思います。
義務教育化されているんですかね？ウリベ大統領は、よくがんばっているとのことですね。
民衆に教育をつけてもらって、
国を良くするには、どうするかってところからでしょうかね。。

そうですね、コロンビアで生活をしてみて、いかに日本が平和で、楽に生活できる国であったかを感じる毎日です。

とはいえ、今の日本が抱えている問題について、コロンビアから学ぶべきものもたくさんあるのではないかと感じたりもしております。

さて、頂いたご質問ですがやはり教育は重要だと私も感じます。

義務教育化は進められているけれど完全ではないと聞いています。
特に地方では遅れているようです。
入学時と卒業時では、その人数が半分以下になってしまう事もあるとか。

同世代のコロンビア人も教育
の重要性を感じていて、話を聞いているととても興味深いです。

治安＆麻薬の問題を生み出す貧困を削減する為に、教育は本当に重要だと思います。

あとは、いかに汚職を減らし、経済格差を縮小していったら良いのか。

コロンビアでは地方選挙日が近づいています。
日本でもそうですが、政治家の方々には、表向きだけではない政治活動をしていただきたいと思います。

今日、日本のＴＶのＮＥＷＳで　ボゴタで犬を誘拐して日本円４０００万円ほど　要求した犯人が捕まったと報じていましたが、これまた、平和な日本では、考えられないというか、犬で４０００万は、
とても、要求できないと思いますが、これが、コロンビアの現実なんですね。もうすこし、誘拐犯には、刑罰を重くするとか、一罰百戒を政府が　国民に知らしめるぐらいの　厳罰処置をしたらどうかと思いますが、どうですか？
隣国のベネズエラのＣＨＡＶＥＺ大統領が、国費で教育を受けさせるという　一見、喜ばしい政策を打ち出しましたね。でも、これも、裏には、社会主義を子供のころから、徹底的に教え込むという
彼の考え方が反映されているのでしょうが。。。。
でも、今まで教育を受けられない子供たちには、また、彼らの親御さんたちには、朗報だと思います。まずは、最低限の読み、書き、ソロバン（計算）は、子供たちにつけてあげるのが、国の施策のひとつです。それは、最小限、世の中で生きていくのに必要不可欠ですからね。その内の何割かが、勉強意欲を掻き立てて、いろいろな専門家になるのですから、いい意味での人材育成になるかもしれないと考えてます。
そうそう、ここで、一つコロンビアで起こった事件で　おかしいなと思ったことがあります。
１年ほど前に　ボゴタ空港で
ＤＲＵＧ－ＴＲＡＦＦＩＣＫＥＲのルーマニア青年が捕まりました。３日間ほど、拘留されて調べられましたが、結局、無罪放免で国外退去になったとのことです。
その理由が、３日間かけて、通訳を探したが、見つからないので、釈放しなければならなかったらしいのです。３日間の間に　立件しなければ釈放せざるをえないという決まりがあるらしいのですね。
これ、おかしいと思いませんか？
ボゴタでルーマニア語を話せる人を見つからないわけないでしょう。だから、コカマフィアと行政のお偉いさんとが、癒着があるのではと考えられてしまうのでは、と思ったしだいです。また、独りよがりの話ばかりしていました。
