もうすっかりよろしいのでしょうか？
私も冷え性なので、Kaoruさんがどんなにか大変だろうと想像しています。
点滴の針は手の甲に刺すこともあるけれど、ちょっと嫌ですよね。
どうか呉々も暖かくして、身体を冷やさないようにお気をつけくださいね。

マニサレスでは大雨で、土砂崩れが起こっているのですか。
ご心配ですね。
被害に遭われた方々に、心からお見舞い申し上げます。
異常気象、何とか収まってくれると良いのですが・・・

点滴はポカリスエットを入れるようなもの、と聞きましたがそうなんでしょうか。
幸いまだやったことないので分かりません。

ところで土砂崩れ大変みたいですね。いろいろとマニサレスの写真を見たところではかなり斜面が多かったし、舗装されてるようなところが少ない印象でした。
山に木が少ないと保水ができないので土砂崩れが絶えないと一般的に言われてますが、マニサレスもそうなんでしょうか。

ともかく、体調はほんとうに注意して無理をしないでくださいね！

自然災害は今も続き、この前は土砂崩れで亡くなった方も出た、というニュースも見ました。
けれどこの自然災害は、人間が地球を壊している、という地球からのメッセージなのかもしれませんね。。。

山の保水力。そうですね。
日本に比べたら圧倒的に自然は多いですが、斜面の切り崩し方とその後の補修が日本よりひどいように感じます。
