はじめまして。協力隊活動ご苦労さまです。　カリフォルニアで受刑中の歌人・郷隼人に興味があって検索していたら貴女のweblogに遭遇しました。
私は前JICA職員で、在職中の殆んどを協力隊で過ごしました。退職後、もう１０年近くになりますが、目下短歌の勉強をしており、従って郷隼人に興味をもったという次第です。
在職中に南米に在勤したことはありませんでしたが、協力隊業務を相手国政府関係者に理解して貰うために外務省の協力隊担当者とともにコロンビア、ペルー、エクアドル、パナマを回って、派遣前の
準備に一役関与しましたので、その意味で当時のことが懐かしく思い出されました。在外勤務の最後の国は東欧ブルガリアでしたが、新体制移行後でどこの受け入れ機関も金がなく、コンピュータなどはありませんでしたので、次代を担う若者のためにIT教育に力を入れるべく多くのSE隊員に来てもらいました。
