今回の、難聴の方がライアーを通じて体験されたお話し、すごいですね。私はライアーのイベントを主催したりしてる友人の手伝いをすることを通してライアーの音色に触れてますが、このお話しを読んであらためてその深さに感じ入りました。

難聴の方のお話しでしたが、これはライアーを演奏する一般的な耳をお持ちの方にも起こってることなんじゃないかと思いました。私自身、弦にやさしく触れるほどに美しく響くライアーの音色に気づいて、耳が少しずつ本来の繊細さを取り戻していくように観じています。
私の場合は教わる先生がいなかったのですが、難聴の方の聴覚の回復はやっぱり指導する方のセンスが大きかったように思います。ライアーも、その役割をよくわかって活かせる指導者あってこその楽器ということも言えるかもしれませんね。

今の世界は騒音が激しく、耳が疲れているような気がしますね。

こういうお話を聞くと、ライアーの魅力を再び感じると共に、「音」について考えさせられますね。

けれど、疲れているのは耳だけではなく、色々な生活面においてかもしれません。

スピードが速く、色々なことが起こりすぎてストレスを感じて。。

もっとゆっくり、地を見て、無駄をなくして。
